I need a 1962 Fairlane hood hinge spring Only 62 will work. If you have one let me know and how much.

62 or 63 fit?
Only 62 will work, aren't the 63's the same?
there is/was a 63 in my local yard, I stripped almost everything useful that hadn't been already, I think the hood springs were still there a month ago _________________ roger powell

62 Fairlane
No the 62 is different. I bought one a couple of years ago but it broke over the winter.
62 used a lot of falcon parts. My spring has 17 coils and the coils are 4 1/2 inch long. The overall length is 6 1/2 inch. A falcon might fit but I'm not sure.
