Bills62- Cruising on line over at Ford Muscle ran across a guy (George) with multiple 62-64 Lanes & says he has the window surround you were looking for
either look over at ford muscle under parts for sale or here you go:

Well, I know its been a while, well, quite q while, long enough for my local yard (404 auto wreckers) to have crushed the poor old 63 F;lane!
I do have another source for you if your still looking for trim.
That said, I;m on the road, home on Wednesday, I will post Dougs phone # if you still looking
Seems Doug has allot of 63-64 parts & cars
