67 Fairlane ignition switch removal

Can someone post a discription & a diaghram of a 67 ignition switch & how to remove it?
I took the ignition switch out of my 67 last weekend & forgot what all wires go to it when I put it back in.

There's a socket that plugs into it that has a nut that goes in behind it. Then there's a plug in on the side that has a wire that goes to it.
There's also two other wires around that area that I can't remember if they go to it?
One has an eyelet on it & the other looks like it just gives shoved up on a terminal but I can't remember if they go to it?

ANY help would be appreciated!
