fordomatic to c4

fordomatic to c4

i have a 63 fairlane 260 with a fordomatic 2 speed, getting sick of the 2 speed, just picked up a 64 c4



what would i need to do to put this puppy in?



not sure about linkage, driveshafts, yokes

any help

swap

Jeez, its been so long since i did that swap, but, i was pretty green back then, so it must have been a pretty simple swap, as i did it myself!
If i recall the 2 are the same size, i reused the X member for sure
I don;t think i had to shorten the shaft.
flywheeel 28 oz,not the later 50oz, no doubt they;re both 28 oz early stuff.
Are u a Fairlane club member?? Bob did a flywheel/starter match up a month or 2 back & i think your ok flywheel/starter wise
someone will chime in, especially if i'm wrong!
