75-78 f150 electrical problem

 75-78 f150 electrical problem

I have a pieced together f150 years ranging from 75- 78. my problem is the instant i turn my ignition to on the fuse for my gauge cluster pops. it is a painless wiring harness ( not exactly) but thats the brand. I am not the best with electrical. I can dumb my way threw it. But i cant figure this one out. any help would be great
