Fiberglass hood

I have an original 67 comet fiberglass hood. This hood was altered to fit my 67 Fairlane so all you have to do is bolt it to your 66 or 67 Fairlane. I have had this hood for a long time and am selling it because I will never use it again. At Autokrafters you can buy one of these hoods for 399.00 plus shipping. But it wont work on a Fairlane so you would have to pay to have it fit. I am asking 350.00 for it and it would be best if you could pick it up , However if someone wants it shipped we could work something out. (I am in Illinois) The picture is of my old Fairlane with the hood on thats for sale. My email ace3_us@yahoo.com

Hello
I am not sure who he is but it most definately is not. I built the car in HighShcool in the early eighties (in Canada Look at Liscence Plate) and it unfortunately got hit by a blind old man in 1987. That was a very bad day. Car was hit hard in the drivers side rear and unfixable. I been carting this hood around for that many years. I also used many of the other parts on my 67 Fairlane 500 and GT. I will not use the hood and I figure I have hauled it around from place to place long enough. It was on my first car so thats most likely why I held onto it so long.
Thanks for the reply

I live in Illinois as well and I need a new hood. Are you in the southern or northern part?
