Inner Door Panel Removal

I have a 65 Fairlane 500 & I'm not sure how to remove the door & window regulator handles to remove the inner door panel. There are no visible center screw like on a mustang and & don't see any "C" clips between the handles and the door panel.

Is there a "C" clip I can't see?

Whats the secret?

Thanks

There is a clip under the handle.
Use a tool similar to this one and hold your tounge just right!

I have a clip tool at work, but at home in a pinch I have used a rag to work the clip out. Sometimes I even find where it lands.
