Fired up the 521 yesterday

Fired up the new motor yesterday for the first time, it fired up the first time.
It needs some fine tuning but altogether I am pretty happy.

I am running an electric water pump so the geometry was a little wierd but I used "Spectre" chrome flexable hoses for the top and the bottom.

521 music

521!!! i need to hear it!
Just got my built 347 back, in the car & other than no interior, except a bucket seat, on the road.
Spent a few days installing the Dynamat, which is hella expensive & the kit only did, dr.& pass. side foot well & floor to xmember.
Got a tip to find some more at a local Car stereo install shop & got a roll, 12" wide by 46' long for $120.00. No name brand, but, i could not tell the difference & actually the foil is a little thicker. anyway, i drove the 62 home from the shop, just dr. side seat & bare floors, no door panels, installed the stuff & the difference is truly amazing, the car even feels, well ,tighter. Even the whin of 3:73;s is gone, at least to the ear.
