Going by the holley performance catalog it is a 750 cfm four barrel carb. _________________ 66 hardtop downunder

I've seen them listed either way. I bought a new one years ago and the original box said 780 cfm on it. However as someone else noted I've seen them listed as 750 cfm too.

The first 3310s were 780 cfm. The -2 and on were rated at 750 cfm. This is a vacuum secondary center-hung float dual inlet carb that saw use in factory applications by Chevrolet and later in the aftermarket. The 3310 series 4160 style carburetor is the most common Holley after the list 1850 600cfm carb. You can not alter CFM except by increasing the venturi size. The metering blocks only control fuel flow. Metering blocks are specific to the carb and have no affect of airflow.

According to that chart, it doesn't look like the 780 has a secondary metering block, rather it has a metering plate. _________________ Larry Hampton

Most 4160-style (vacuum secondary) Holleys did use a metering plate. The factory-spec 3310s (big block Chevys, 428 Cobra Jets...) were largly the same as the aftermarket except for the addition of a metering block and sometimes downleg boosters on the primary. On the aftermarket 3310s, the secondary plate size equates to a 78 jet. You can buy a plate-to-block conversion kit for about 35 bucks. Though other than being able to jet the secondary, it offers no performance improvement.
