Finally!!!
It's been a long wait but it's over and it was worth it. The rebuild of my 67 Fairlane 500 is finished. I will post some pictures on that forum. This car was on Woody's Pick of the Month some years ago. Then it was a mild 289 with a toploader, 9-inch 3.50, and 4-wheel discs. Now ... radical 460, 750 cfm Edelbrock on an Edelbrock Performer intake, dual disc hydraulic clutch, Tremec 5-speed, custom BeCool radiator with dual 14-inch pusher fans, Heidt's coilover front suspension with power rack and pinion steering, custom driveshaft, Currie 9-inch 3.70 rear, heavy duty front and rear sway bars, battery relocated to the trunk, Flaming River tilt column with FR wheel and cruise control, custom dash with Autometer Classic gages, power bucket seats, console, power windows, 17-inch Cragar S/S wheels with General Exclaim UHP tires, There's more but I'll stop bragging now. Pictures to follow in a few day. _________________ Martin Farber
