Steering wheel restore ?

Hello all. I have a 66 Fairlane GT wood grain steering wheel I would like to possibly have restored. It has a few cracks at the spokes and the chrome is a little pitted on the the spokes and horn button. Is there anyone out there that does a good job on these or would I be better off on buying one of the repos from a Mustang dealer. I think they are the same wheel except for the center buttons. Thanks for any info. Dwight

Have not used them, but:

Prolly best bet is get a copy of Hemmings or one of the Fairlane mags and look for their ads.

FWIW, Scott
