Pedal Support Repair

The pot metal bushings on my pedal assembly have worn into the pedal support itself, resulting in significant play. I'm toying with the idea of getting the Mustang Steve ball bearing setup. Anyone gone down this route?

Hello . I have done several sets with the bearings and with just the plain bushing kits. I have never had any problems with them. Just make sure that the wear on your support is not to bad that you will still have play in the pedals after the rebuild. Dwight

I have used the Mustang Steve Bearings and it is a nice upgrade. Especially if you have a clutch with some stiff spring pressure.
