Welding my plastic console ?
I have a broken a piece off my console where the magnet is on the door that opens .. It's about 2"x2" and I have the broken piece .. who fixes this plastic and how good will it look are does anybody make and aftermarket console for a 67 fairlane GTA ?? _________________ fairlane 67 GTA 2x4 -32 coupe w/390 hot in south tx.

as far as i know, only mustang consoles are available.
can you glue your piece? high strength epoxy? resin?
consoles on ebay run up to $200 easy. i'd look at a fix solution.
if you try to "weld" it with heat, you'll melt the surface/texture and you'll end up with a non clean surface to work with.
