Custom 63 Fairlane - Rear Taillights

I'm in the process of customizing a 1963 two-door sedan, and am looking to find rear taillight lenses that interchange with the 63 Fairlane without too much modification, or else a modification that I can do to my existing lenses to improve the light output and style.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
