Any info on these wheels?

These wheels were on a 67 Fairlane that was recently on e-bay, and the seller had them listed as rare factory option wheels. Does anyone know if these are truly a FoMoCo wheel?

It appears to be 1993-1997 Lincoln Town Car, 15 x 6.5, Lace Spoke.

Very similar.......

Here is a picture of the 93-97 Lincoln Lace Spoke. They are very similar, but not quite the same. This is definetly the closest style that I've seen so far.

Ford did offer a styled steel wheel as an option in 67 ($74/GTs, $94/others) but from the picture I have seen they looked like Magnum 500 wheels.

I have been wondering the same thing about these wheels. I found a 67 Fairlane Ranchero that has those wheels on it in a local junk yard. The owner said that those wheels were on the car when it was bought new. That is the only set I have ever seen until I just looked at your picture. I have been to many shows and junkyards and only ran across that 1 set. It may be a very rare option or something else I am not sure..

Still researching......

I called the seller of the car...he claims they are an extremely rare factory option. He has sold the car, but these wheels have me entrigued. I still have found no documentation online that supports this....hopefully one of the forum members will recognize them. Maybe a FoMoCo dealer installed option????

SD44, do you have any pics of the ones that were off the 70's Marquis?

It is a 14 x 6.00 Styled Aluminum wheel. FoMoCo part# D8DZ-1007-C. Used on 1978 and subsequent LTD II, Ranchero and 1980-1982 Granada-Monarch. Or, anything else, subsequent to 1978.

I'll have to check to compare, but they could be a set of Rader wheels that were originally on Cougar XR7-G's. They were recalled because of cracking. I'll look up a picture.

The part#, that I gave previously, is incorrect. Proper # D8DZ-1007-C. Used on Monarch and Granada starting in late 1977 and continued at least into 1982. The car featured on the cover of 1979 Granada showroom sales book sports these wheels. They are also shown as accessories in other Granada and Monarch booklets.

It apparently would be a "rare" factory option considering you had to wait 10 years before they even existed!
