302 Headers ?

If I put a 302 in a 63 Sports Coupe, will I have any problem with putting on headers? Also, which make of headers are best for sound and horsepower? Which model of flowmasters is the loudest? Very Happy

The only ful length header i know of that fits for sure are the Hooker Super comps #6134;s.
changing plugs is a real pain & use the best ex. manifold gasket you can cause you don;t want to have to take em off once they;re on.
If i remember right, the driver side goes in from the top, the pass. side from the bottom with the motor mount bolt lose & engine jacked up a couple of inches. could be the other way round?
I;ve got old flowmasters on right now that emit a drone at cruising that tends to get old real fast.
i had to loose my crossover pipe when i did a trans. change & they;re really loud now.
would like to hear from others on muffler choices
Shortys are way easier but i don;t know a brand that fits.
