1966 Fairlane 4x4

I just found this video and thought it might interest some of you

1966 fairlane 4x4. 850 horsepower. 9 gallons to the mile.

Not bad, 'cept its chevy powered!! kinda ruined it for me after that.

I watched the whole thing and didn't see a single Fairlane. There was a Galaxie, however!

When I first got my Fairlane over 35 years ago, one of my friends would always refer to it as a Galaxie, just to get my goat. Each time I would tell him, "It's a Fairlane, not a Galaxie.", and he would reply, "Same thing".

To this day, he still asks me how my Galaxie is doing!
