'63 221 parts

I finally partially disassembled my '63 221 so I could move it around the garage. I have these parts available:

Heads-never been off of the block, still has Ford lettering on valves. Original springs/rockers.

Oil pump and pickup.

Two bbl intake basket for crank vent blocked off.

Front Cover

Oil pan

Original Valve covers.

I have not removed the cam, crank, or parts attached to the rotating assembly. (Pistons, rods, ect) Still moves freely.

Block is also available.

This engine ran when removed. Head gaskets started to leak. Oil and fluid removed when removed from car.

The car had 70,000 miles when engine removed.

If you need any of these parts please email kopestcontrol@sbcglobal.net

If you need pics...same email.

I'm trying to keep the hope alive. These parts are free to a good home.

Well, my dad's driving up to Michigan June 11th or 12th from Oklahoma, depending on where in Illinois you are, he could pick it up for me. I'd take the whole lot block and all. I've got a '63 Fairlane 500, and I plan to keep it as a 221. (there's a 221 in it). This would give me a block to rebuild get it up into shape, swap it out and rebuild the stock block, and swap motors as needed and drive it till it falls apart.

You wouldn't happen to have an engine crane (cherry picker) to load it up for him would ya? (he's disabled and would need help loading it.)

I'd definitely give it a good home.

June 11th or 12th will work. The 11th would have to be after 3:00pm, anytime on the 12th(Day Off)I don't have a picker, but with my 15 year old son (6'5" 240lbs) I think we can get the parts loaded. Send me an email to kopestcontrol@sbcglobal.net and we can firm up a time and where to pick up. If he is traveling 44 to St. Louis, and he uses 70 E to Indy, he will drive within 1/2 mile of my house. The Ford O Matic 2 speed is there for the taking also if you want it.
