Picked it up last weekend from Denver. Long drive home without a problem except the 47 year old pinion seal went out. Ran great and couldn't be happier [/img]

That last pic is pretty sweet with the stormy sky and (it looks like) black hills in the distance. I suggest you return to that location and take another photo without the Chevy Venture in the frame. Laughing

nice ,man

Fine looking 62!
I don;t reconize the trim as factory, running from each side of the rear gas cap emblem, but, its looks really cool
Much nicer than the S.C. back panel which is the first thing i removed from mine.
62;s are really rare to see at shows, least here in Canada

You mean the teardrop for the hood? Check out USBody or Crites. I think both places sell just the teardrop so you can integrate it into any hood.

tear drop fit?

Kdaddy - do you mean the Crities like tear drop won;t work on a 62 hood?
I was going to just buy the Teardrop & graft it to me stock hood, but, if there is an alignment issue, or? lemme know
I have found a local that has cowl type that can be grafted to almost any hood/car, won;t get the T-bolt look, but will work better for cold air induction
I;ve never been a huge fan of the T-bolt induction set up, unless your buidling the real thing or trying to do the clone look.
You can;t see the motor under all that tubing!
