i used a 91 tremec t5 5 speed from mustang gt. put it on the road this weekend and it was a blast to drive. 5th gear really made a diffrence.

The T-5 may not have the strength to handle big power. Consider contacting one of the specialty shop for something to match your setup. D&D is one of several that specialize in 5 speed transmissions.

The rubber portion of the mounts is the same but the upper metal bracket is different. I just replaced my 260 with a 302 and discovered the spacing on the block where the upper bracket mounts is different. The 260 block has 6" spacing between the holes and the 302 block 7" and is offset from the left to right side. You will need the upper bracket from a '64 or later block.

I have a 63 Sports Coupe originally 260 but someone put in a 64 289.
Can I use the same Motor Mounts that were used on the 289 to swap in a new 347 stroker?
I'm also switching out the c-4 for a BW T-10 4 speed, can I use the same Tranny mount?
