Help removing paint

I have a 63 meteor but who ever had it before i got it sprayed over the tag on the inside of the drivers door with spray paint and i was wondering what would take it off if anything?

solvents. start mild, and slowly increase in toughness. Maybe try some gasoline? mineral spirits, paint thinner, GOOF OFF works good, brake cleaner, etc....
