shifter collar

shifter collar

looking for a smooth shifter collar for a 64 fairlane. converting a 3 speed on the column with overdrive to a floor shifter 4 or 5 speed. any help greatly appreciated.

Check ebay, they come up once in awhile. They can be found on 63-66 Fairlane & Galaxie. Mustang & Falcon collars are NOT correct. See my post from this thread for more details

I cut mine off and filled it and it came out nice you cant tell there was a shifter there

You might find one for a falcon that fits.

Sometimes the whole falcon colum was used in Fairlanes in 62,63,64.

i agree with you Bill.....took me about 2 hrs to redo a falcon one once.....bit of fiberglass and bondo....then paint...real easy Very Happy
