Potato Gun

I was wondering does anyone know a good way i could mount A potato gun on the roll bar of my go kart? I have the gun its five ft long with a 1" 1/2 barrel it takes two to hold it. I can post a pic of the gun if anyone wants to see it. In case you are wondering I have been hit with a potato gun. It didn't hurt because the tatar was to small for the gun and I was about a 100 yards a way. It hit me on the lower thigh. I was lucky my sister caught on fire because she didn't put the end cap on tight.

Shaft Collar

Get some shaft collars (split), weld it to a plate , drill some holes and mount to your cart. You might need two. They come in aluminum and steel. Go to www.mcmaster.com and type split collar in the search box and click "Go" (I think). RThey are less than $7 each. Here is a crappy picture I tried to make quickly.
