Best looking fairlane

The 64 2 door HT is by far the best looking and hardest to find fairlane ever made. Next is the 66/67. As with GTOs .the 65 is the best looking.

i do like the 64 but it's not my favorite, it looks too much like a falcon, especially from the back. i do like falcons though. here's my favorites list, just my opinion.

fairlanes:
66
67
68 fastback
69 fastback
64
63
62

64 IS SPECIAL

The 64 is special because it was the first body style introduced by FORD used in their first muscle cars. Even though only the thunderbolt would be considered a real muscle .the 64 had the look of 1964.......notice the duel headlights that too were found on the first muscle car,the famous 64 GTO

I too think the '64 is the neatest. My second choice would be the '66 models.

I was looking high and low for a '64 2 door post to make a Tbolt clone out of. I found a cherry '63 2 door post with a history. I had thought I'd just find some rear quarters, a grille and the side trim and turn it into a '64. Since then, the '63 has really grown on me and I'm not changing it. The Prototype Tbolt was a '63, the '63 Fairlane got the first HIPO 289, from the front it looks like a smaller Galaxie, from the rear, it doesn't look like a Falcon.

Best looking Fairlane

I have always liked the 63 sport coupe - now I finally have a 63 2 Door hardtop that I can turn into a sport coupe.

64 62

Next would have to be the 66 - 67 fastbacks

Then the 57 59 60 Even if they are the same as a Galaxie
