auto to stick

I;m gathering the parts to switch from auto to stick
I have the brake/clutch pedals & some of the rods, but, I;m thinking cable or Hydralic is the way to go.
Has anyone done either the cable or Hydralic clutch thing, i;m told there is a lack of space for the Hydralic master to place on the firewall, so, if anyone has a good set up for an early 3 pedal F;lane do let me know
I;m not really interested in going with the stock rods, bushings, levers, 1 because i can;t find em & 2 i don;t think all those rods with clear the `coming R&C steering.
anyone with a working clutch set up in an early F'laner please do let me know what was used
thanks in advance
