I would just look for a 14" filter element. I would think that it would be fine. Take it into the autoparts store and do some fitting.

If you just need a direct replacement for the same filter that came with your edelbrock air cleaner, than you can get this one from summit: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=EDL%2D1217&N=700+115&autoview=sku
assuming of course that your Edelbrock Air Cleaner came with a regular paper element.

If you're not looking for a replacement for the filter that came with your air cleaner, but something shorter, than you might want to try a Mr.Gasket 1480A: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=MRG%2D1480A&N=700+115&autoview=sku
if what you mean is you need a different filter that is shorter. This is 1" shorter than the 3" Edelbrock paper filter. I use this one as a replacement in my 14" 289 Hi-Po reproduction air cleaner.

You weren't terribly clear whether you just needed a direct replacement because your Edelbrock filter got dirty, or because you needed hood clearance or something, but I hope this helps.

I guess i was looking for a replacement filter that was more readily available at my local stores, and a few bucks cheaper.I thought that fram would have something that would work...
