Aluminum Intake and Carb for 289
Getting my '66 Convt. running. C-code 289 and the 2 bbl is MIA. A new 2 bbl will run me about $155, but I'm sure not going to keep it stock, so don't want to waste any $$$ here. Does anyone have an inexpensive used aluminum intake, preferably with a 4 bbl carb to go with it?
I'm in southeast Louisiana.
Thanks,
Scott

Roger - thanks for the offer and sounds like a good deal. However, I just bought a new 2bbl. Will see if I can get it going with the 2bbl and then upgrade at a later date.
