I guess no one has seen Edelbrocks solution to running EFI on your motor,
Fuel delivery for EFI is all important as we know, Seems frame mounted pumps can be noisy, over heat, etc
Adding a pump to your fuel tank, as most all OEM;s do, means pulling your stock tank, sumping it & adding an internal pump, delivery, return lines, all doable but allot of work. (Aeromotive just came up with their new Phantom 340 pump that is a virtual bolt in to your stock tank, )
Edelbrocks new universal sump/pump mounts under your hood, uses your stock mechanical pump to feed its sump & a hi pressure internal pump sends fuel at 48-65psi to your EFI unit. and, not necessarily the Edelbrocks own unit, but most of the latest self learning EFI units, like Professional products Projection 111 that I;m running.
Anyway, I;ve ordered the Edelbrock new unit, so you will see my Aeromotive phantom 340 & related parts in For Sale section soon!
If any of you are using Edel's new pump/sump do pipe in,eh
