glad you like it

Mike, I saw your tailshaft/housing. That 429 must be laying down some serious torque. JD

I have a feeling that the above 1965 tribute car will walk the talk in the quarter.

One thing people need to remember is how much engine technology has progressed since the early 1960's. Just looking that the different flavors of 4.6L V8's in today's Mustangs says it all. 13.5 seconds in the 1/4 mile from a stock motor with full emissions says it all.

Flip side: can someone envision a 427 T Bolt using today's engine technology? Very Happy

very, very nice work!

Damn fine looking machine & your doing just a great job getting her together.
Little story i thought i'd share- , i'd rippped out my stock suspension last yr(62 S.C.) & went with the Fatman Fabricators coil over/p.rack & pinion install & the difference in handling, just cruising is night & day.
I opened her up (pro built 347 dyno;d-454hp/410ft.lbs) on the hwy, buried the old speedo & little voice in my head says- Did you tighten those A-arm bolts?
Did you remember to cotter pin those new Race Craft dropped spindles?
dropped to about 30 mph immediatlely, into the garage & checked everything out,
love the 65, you know, i don;t think i;ve ever seen one, live i mean

Not to drag an old post back to life, but care to share information about those headers?
