65' Wheel options

1st, apologies for my absence- many life changes

Anyway, I sent the car off to the mechanics for full front and rear suspension replacement. (unfortunately I no longer am able to work on it myself).

Suspension will be back to stock spec.

I am looking to get a set of wheels for the vehicle. Eventually I would like to put on Torque Thrust II. With what I just shelled out now is not that time.

I have seen Mustang mag wheels (5 Spoke) for sale.

I would like to go with a 17" wheel, what is a safe offset MAX I can go to. Also a short explanation on offset would be helpful as well.

17' backspacing/offset

I;m not running stock suspension, I;m running 16" Tork-thrusts, my info won;t help you.(16" with 5" backspace)
Check out the Fairlane club of America Site, couple of guys there are running 17's & will know a safe offset/backspacing
