Looking real good. I like the Hot Wheels model.

OK gang... Well, I haven't made a lot of progress on the Wagon lately. The old truck I have has been making sure of that.

Plus, I can't seem to be able to track down the trim parts I need. Necessity is the mother of invention they say and well... I had an idea. Why not build the car Ford never made in '64. I'm pretty handy when it comes to working with wood. Do you see where I'm goin' here? I mean, why not make this thing a '64 Ford Fairlane 500 Country Squire?

Here are some preliminary conceptions based in someone elses car.

I'm leaning toward the second pic. Tell me what you guys think.

I dig the second pic, too. However, you might want to try something to set off the chrome. Maybe bring the light wood down around it?

I saw your wagon listed on craigslist for something like $2000.00, too bad you gave up on it. Before that,I recall seeing this wagon originally listed on craigslist in Yucca Valley for $350.00.

A serious game of Hot Potato is going on with this wagon. It currently is listed on Ebay.

this wagon changed hands like three times with a bunch of people slowly restoring it and either losing interested or losing money. It's currently in central California someplace.

trim & stuff

So, you dont have it anymore?
I was going to tell you ,we built a 64 for Kokanne brewery in 05, got it from an old doll in Niagra Falls, been parked for 8 years, tried to drive it back to Toronto, first time i hit the brakes, they stayed on! We litteraly replaced the wheeel cylinders over night & the rest of the drive was uneventful
Anyway, the client wanted it very plain, we ended up doin her black on black 2 stage with Am.racing rims, no trim, looked very bad, meaning menacing
I;m assuming all the trim we pulled is still in stroage, along with the factory back seat. (red/white) & the wheels too
If ,when i get home someone is looking for trim i will dig for it
