66 fairlane subframe replacement

i have a 66 500xl . i got the car in michigan so the bottem of the car is toast. i found another one here in texas. The bottem is good but everything else is toast. Would it be easier to move everything to the car with a good bottem or to move the subframes to my car. my car is all good except the underside. The other one is completely wasted. Any advice would be great

Only you can answer that question since we'd have to lay eyes on it too see precisely what the condition is of each car. What platform do you feel represents the most solid foundation as a starting point?
