Seat stud removal

Seat stud removal

What is the trick to removing the studs from the seat tracks?

seat track studs

If they are threaded into the track use two nuts tightened against each other and screw them out.

Well that didn't work. These are rusted up stripped out carriage bolts. Ended up drilling them out with the drill and dremel. Had some stainless ARP bolts left over from the engine build that I ground the sides and then epoxied them into the rails.
Worked like a champ.
