'65 console plate for manual trans . . .

Yeah, I know everyone is laughing at me now but someone somewhere must have one of these stashed that they want to part with for a reasonable price.

My '65 was column shift which was a really dumb idea for a sports coupe. I'm installing a 302 and top loader but don't want to go with a column shift.

Let's ignore the crazy guys on ebay and find one for a price poor guys like me can afford.

the high price is in the top cover

I just sold a whole automatic console for about 200.00, find yourself a automatic console, make a custom aluminum plate for the shifting section. The just keep a lookout for the section on ebay or at swaps. I see that the 4 speed cover goes between 300-600 dollard by itself.
