Ford-o-Matic to C4

I have a 63 with a 221 and ford-o-matic. I have aquired a 64 5-bolt c4. What issues can I expect to run into during the swap?

No modification to the firewall will be needed.
I used the 164 tooth bell in my 63. It is tight, but fits.
