front suspension issue on my 62

I am rebuilding the front end on this 62 and I have found that on the front coil springs there are 3 rubber insulators. A lower insulator, upper insulator and in the spring upper seat there is another rubber insulator with part number C2OA-5415-D on it. The other two insulator dont have numbers on them that I can see. Does anyone know where to get all of these rubber insulators? I have talked with a couple of companies and they have told me I should just have one per side when I actually have 3 different ones per side. Factory manual shows an upper and lower but not one for the spring upper seat, unless it is part of the upper insulator. Any help would be appreciated.
