trim

I'm going over there to look at a mod motor tomorrow
I'll measure my 62's trim, but, i;ll bet 62-63 window trim is the same
If it is, i'll pull it, although i just realized that window trim is about the only trim i;ve never had to pull
Any idea on how it comes off, I'm assuming its press fit or hooked over an edge somehow?
This is all assuming that 63 has the chrome trim you want, it is a F;lane 500

Bill,

I will have to go look, but I used to have a couple of vent window assemblies. I know for a fact that the passenger side is for a hard top, but I had 2 sedan vents at one time. I do know that the rubber was wasted on them, so I may have tossed them. I cut one up to see if I could do Lexan in them, but the cost of new seals was too high for my taste.

I will look and let you know.

Sorry, I pitched them. All I have left is a pair of V-8 front springs, window regulators, the right hand hard top vent window and the heater control panel.

I don't know where you are located but, there is a seller on Craigslist with 1962 Parts. He says he has and I quote, "an ass load of parts, 3 of everything." Anyway, his name is Jacob (434) 607-0633, Richmond Virginia. Good Luck!
