I finally got the scoops painted, fitted and wired just in time for the daughter to take it to a big local show this weekend.
The 289 numbers were computer cut.
Matching the paint was a real mission. Not exactly right but pretty close.
I had enough paint left over to give the inside of the door frames a quick clean up.
Even got the indicator lights working,
I am quite happy with the finished job. Certainly gives the vehicle a different look. Next project is to have a play with the engine. I have a few ideas rolling around in my head as to something different.
