I am looking at some of the modular packard boxes.

you can replace fuses with relays. all weather proof and wires up like metripac stuff does.

only messy part will be the headlight switch conve ...

I have been thinking of getting a big hunk of of ACME thread and thrust bearing and making up something.

I am thinking a plate for over the shock tower (shock mount removed) with maybe a rubber pad ...

do you have the side trim along the body line on a 2 door for the quarter. I believe both sides are the same.

I would think the only difference would be the steering arm?

you know for maybe $150 more you could get some wilwoods...billet AL calipers and billet sealed hubs and two piece rotors.
