has anyone here bought and installed the new 66 tail light bodies that are available?
do they fit the body? do original lenses fit? good or bad points. |

I used a stock master for a ranger pick up w/manual brakes, for the cast iron look and ports on the left side.
many others have used a later alum w/plastic bowl, but I don't recall the application.

| which engine? is this a metal piping configuration? only thing that comes to mind would be a vaccum controlled water valve on an a/c car. v8 bypass hose would control water surge. |

| correct fe valve covers for 65,66. and early 67 are the low pentroof or angled top covers. gt would be chrome. |

| all 66 automatic fairlanes I have seen had the switch at the trans selector shaft c4 and c6. the plugs are near the master cylinder by the wiper motor. you can jump those and test for lights or a faul ... |

| your high and low spots dont look as bad as i had heard of crites hood, quarter inch on 3 sides sounds better than out of square issues. |

| i believe it is a viable donor. you will need to change your 66 inner tie rods to 67, if you are going to pull the upper control arms take out any shims fron rear bolt and start with .25 or .312 shim ... |
