and I have Hooker Super Comp headers on my '66. They work fine together. The Canton pan does hit the crossmember under the engine though, so you have to flatten the front of the crossmember so the "T" ... |

The full pentroof valve covers do fit the '66 with the manual brake/single pot master cylinder - they came on the 427 fairlanes as original equipment that year. The repro full pentroofs fit as well - ... |

If your car is to be driven on the street, I think that 2.5 inches header to ground clearance isn't enough. I think you'd get by with about four inches for a street driven car. |

Finding a set to be rechromed may be your only option. I think it will be very expensive - I was quoted $250.00 each side - and that was ten years ago. |
